Ron Sullivan – Senior Partner

Ron uses his extensive industrial business leadership and
marketing experience to help clients grow through: strategic
re-positioning; the development of new value propositions;
the creation of new business models; and the generation of
new markets and products. As an executive at the DuPont Company,
he drove the corporate commitment to enhance marketing competency.
Ron has a specialized consulting background in the Life Sciences
and Industrial Polymers industries.
In the DuPont Company, Ron served as Director of Corporate Business
and Marketing Consulting. Other roles include a variety of business,
marketing, and sales management positions. Ron’s global
experience is the result of his international assignments in both
Asia and Latin America where he was responsible for planning and marketing
and as Managing Director in DuPont’s U.K. subsidiary.
Accomplishments include:
- Developing marketing and selling best practices as well as marketing
competency building blocks.
- Creating and evolving several teaching tools including:

- Brand Management
- Routes to Market
- Pricing Strategies
- Strategic Account Management
- Crafting and delivering workshops in:

- Offering Design
- New Product Development
- Design and deployment of the “Strategy Development Process”,
which set the benchmark for all successive developments in business
and marketing strategy in the DuPont Company
Membership:
As a student of industrial marketing, Ron has been a long time member
of Marketing Sciences Institute and the Institute for the Study of
Business Markets.
