Pamela Roach provides critical advice to clients making strategic product and market decisions. She led Fortune 100 business segments in global marketplaces and delivered top and bottom line growth before co-founding BREAKTHROUGH MARKETING TECHNOLOGY.

At AlliedSignal / Honeywell, Ms. Roach created successful e-business strategies and produced a leading edge digital communications solution to meet information management, sales, and training needs.

Her marketing and sales experience is broad; it includes the successful development, launch, and growth of numerous textile and chemical businesses. She has managed multi-million dollar advertising, merchandising, and promotions budgets.

Accomplishments include:

  • Led marketing and e-business for a $400 million business; designed, built, and budgeted a global marketing organization; developed and implemented communication strategies, built brand equity and refined brand strategies
  • Established the budgetary process for management of advertising, merchandising, and promotions expenditures
  • Champion of divisional Six Sigma Plus winning team in corporate competition utilizing statistical tools for identification of new product features and pricing as well as qualitative market research tools
  • Led marketing function for a $100 million fibers business, generating 5% revenue growth from commercializing new products; led team that generated a patent and created licensing revenue; responsible for pricing, product mix, and $4 million advertising, merchandising, and promotions budget.
  • Led business’s divisional due diligence for successful European polymer and fiber acquisition
  • Created and executed e-business strategies; specified, launched, maintained, and upgraded three business-to-business websites to achieve business objectives
