Allison Lewis Smith is a senior management executive with
over 15 years of experience in law, business/government relations,
regulatory affairs, and public policy. She specializes in
organizational change management, staff development, process
re-engineering, regulatory compliance, and new business development.
Ms. Lewis-Smith is also a change leader and executive coach
skilled in driving organizations’ achievement of improved
efficiencies and bottom line productivity, while creating
positive workforce values and team building. Ms Lewis-Smith
is a member of the New York Bar. Accomplishments include:
- By invitation, conducted
management training modules for newly elected members of parliament
and public administrators
- Conducted diversity
training in Cape Town, South Africa for USAID
- Deputy Commissioner, Legal Affairs, New York City

- Direct responsibility for all litigation
(state and federal), Federal Consent order monitoring and
