Features
Capability improvement planning
ProMetrix includes a development plan that prioritizes capability
improvement according to impact on profit. The development plan
is a written document that identifies and prioritizes high-value
improvement opportunities. It includes graphics that illustrate
the profitability link between the market and the company’s
capabilities.
Individualized reporting
ProMetrix reports link
functional capabilities to financial performance in the language of
business managers. An optional executive-level report consolidates
division or business unit detail into corporate-level impact statements.
Compatibility with Six Sigma
ProMetrix’ questionnaire and reporting
content are consistent with the DMAIC methodology. The Define and
Measure phases are the weighted impact of market and company factors
on profitability. Analysis and Improvement are defined as an integrated
sales and marketing process. Control is implemented through periodic
reassessment.
